Thank you for shopping with Plain Playbook. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as all products sold on plainplaybook.com are digital products.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on plainplaybook.com are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed and/or access to the product has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds will be issued once a transaction is completed, regardless of reason
  • No exchanges will be provided for purchased digital products
  • No cancellations will be accepted after an order has been placed and payment processed
  • This applies whether or not you have downloaded, accessed, or used the product

Why We Have This Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be "returned" in the way a physical product can. Once a file is downloaded or access is granted, the product has effectively been delivered in full. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, previews, and details before purchasing. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, make exceptions in limited circumstances, such as:

  • Technical issues on our end: If you were charged but never received access to the product due to a technical error, contact us within 7 days at support@plainplaybook.com so we can resolve it.
  • Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same product, contact us for a review.

Any exception granted is at our sole discretion and does not create an obligation to provide the same resolution in future cases.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy overrides any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (for example, certain regions grant withdrawal rights for digital goods unless you've expressly consented to immediate delivery and waived that right — see note below).
